About Market Square public art
The Market Square Public Art (MSPA) program is an initiative of the City of Pittsburgh through the Public Art and Civic Design Division, Department of City Planning, to engage the city's residents and visitors with public art. The program is produced by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership with technical assistance from the Office of Public Art.
Funding for the MSPA program has been generously provided by The Heinz Endowments, The Fine Foundation, an anonymous source, the Colcom Foundation, the Richard King Mellon Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership.
